1. Fresh food will wake up your taste
buds and lezy :-
By eliminating processed foods, you can re-awaken your taste
buds in just a couple of weeks. Think about it – how long have you been
‘covering up’ this vital sense, with a layer of chemicals? Yes – you can taste
what you’re eating. But can you really appreciate it properly. When your taste
buds are fully functional, you’ll be able to distinguish so much more. Your
food will literally taste vibrant again, with the result you’ll find your meals
so much more satisfying. We offer both amazing fish and vegetarian options,
for those wanting to increase their Omega levels
or have a plant based protein diet.
2. HASH BROWNS food :-
Although fruits and vegetables are some of the easiest and
most common choices, don’t forget that prepared foods and more complex dishes
can be stored in the freezer as well. In fact, celebrity chef Billy
Parisi tells Parade magazine that "the surest bet
you’ll find in my kitchen is a well-stocked freezer." In addition to more
expected fare like peas and chicken breasts, Parisi’s a fan of using frozen
hash browns to get a jump on a big weekend family breakfast. "I love to
simply sear frozen hash browns in a little olive oil seasoned with salt and
pepper and serve it as a side," he says, or he suggests adding in
scrambled eggs, bacon, peppers, and onions for a hearty hash.
3. Drying cook :-
Dried fruit is a convenient way to add variety and improve
nutrition. It’s compact, easily stored and transported, high in carbohydrates
and fibre, and makes a great snack on the run.
Dried fruit is high in energy (kilojoules), as the drying
process concentrates the sugars. But it also has higher concentrations of more
stable nutrients such as calcium and iron, as well as phytonutrients.
4. kfc food :-
According to one study,
spinach kept at refrigerator temperatures for eight days lost almost half of
its folate, a B vitamin, with the loss accelerated at higher temperatures.
Meanwhile a study by
Unilever scientists found broccoli stored at room temperature
retained only 44% of its vitamin C after seven days and just 28% after 14 days.
However, when kept at 4C, 80% of the vitamin was retained even after three
weeks. Carrots, on the other hand, lost vitamin C at a far lower rate.
