Tandoori hen pizza Recipe

Elements:

  • 1 tbsp tandoori paste 
  • 1 tbs simple yoghurt 
  • 1 large (about 200g) bird breast fillet 
  • 1 24cm pre-cooked pizza base with sauce (Don Emilio's or Boboli emblem) 
  • half small crimson onion, reduce into skinny wedges 
  • 1 bocconcini cheese, thinly sliced 
  • 2 tbs simple yoghurt, greater, to serve 
  • 1 tbs clean Coriander leaves, to garnish

Technique:

1> Preheat oven to 200�C.

2> combine tandoori paste and yoghurt in a small bowl. spread the tandoori paste aggregate over the chicken breast fillet to coat nicely.

three> Preheat a non-stick frying pan over high heat and cook the fowl for two mins on each aspect or until properly browned. dispose of the fowl from the frying pan and cool barely. reduce the bird across the grain into 5mm-thick slices.

4> area the pizza base onto a baking tray and arrange the fowl slices, onion, and bocconcini on top. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 mins or until the chook is cooked and the bocconcini are melted. put off the pizza from the oven and top with the greater yoghurt. Garnish with the coriander leaves.
