some zucchini and carrots! Add the carrots with the celery and add the zucchini

Cook 250g
egg noodles in a large pan of boiling water for 3-5 mins, then drain and put
them in cold water. Drain thoroughly, toss them with 1 tbsp sesame oil and set
aside.
Boil 8 cups of water and cook the noodles as per the
instruction on the packet. Drain, toss with some oil and set aside.
I kid you not. This is one of the easiest recipes I have ever made. It requires
such few ingredients and this recipe is practically foolproof. And there really
is no comparison to Panda Express because it’s just that much better. We didn’t
even have a main dish to pair this with but we still devoured this on its own
like there was no tomorrow!
Heat a kadhai and add oil. Saute garlic for a minute
on low flame. Be careful not to burn the garlic as it gives a bitter taste to
the oil.
Now add the green onions and carrots and fry on medium-high flame until
fragrant. Make sure to keep stirring to avoid burning.
Add the noodles at this point and mix well.
In a small bowl mix the sugar, vinegar, black pepper and soya sauce. Pour into
the kadhai and stir, ensuring that the sauce coats the vegetables and noodles
evenly. Cook for two minutes and serve.
In a medium bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin, rice
vinegar, brown sugar and water. Set aside.
